Tokens that can leave the issuing platform and move wallet-to-wallet — even with investor whitelists. This is real on-chain float: it settles peer-to-peer, plugs into DeFi, and is the strictest measure of investor adoption. Values are live NAV × on-chain supply, verified against the ledger.
